Honda accord LX p1167

Question

On my Honda accord LX 1999 has the light on I put my obd scanner and it says ((( p1167 permanent H02S S1 heater failure ))) what can this be I already replaced both oxygen sensor bank 1,  bank 2.????

Since you have replaced the sensor and continue to have the code, you need to check the fuses for the heaters, and the wiring to the sensor. If its got a broken wire then it could be the problem. Also, this can be the result of a bad computer.
