2000 Honda Accord 4DR LX (UL) KL 5MT with codes P1164, P1166, and P1167

Question

Air Fuel Sensor, Part NO. 36531-PAA-307, installed, error code is canceled by the reader.
However, the Check Engine light came back again when I drove the car again the 3rd time.
Please advise.
