Will low battery voltage make the ETCS drop out

A low charging system will cause this code, Before you do anything with the ECTS there a fuse on the battery this is the ECTS fuse, Replace if necessary, many times the throttle body was replaced and the same code appeared with the same condition, the problem on some case was the ECTS fuse having poor connection
