cause of limp home mode

Question

My Mustang "Wrench" light came on  and the car lost all power.
I'm sure it did not lock into any gear as I put it in N to coast down a hill to get to a safe spot off the road.  I turned off the engine and was able to restart it.  It ran normal to a Ford dealer where I left it.  This was all in less than 30 minutes.
The dealer said no codes were stored.  The needed to do more tests.


I assume if it had stored a code it would be P2104  as I only found two codes for the Mustang.

Yes will be 2 codes a P2104 is a informative , this should be accompanied by another code set with it
