P2177 - mazda 6 2006 v6, what needs to be repaired

I have 2006 Mazda 6 V6 running rough, OBD code is P2177, that needs to be replaced?

This code is for the fuel trim to lean on the right bank. There can be several factors to cause this issue. Most common would be a vacuum leak. Possibly from the intake manifold or the pcv hose.
