Yes it does, but may not be able to fix your problems, specially the O2 sensor code..

P0132 = Front  O2 Sensor Bank 1  Repalced the O2 sensor.

P0304 = Cylinder #4 Misfiere Fuel injector cleaning may fix the problem

P0340 = Catalytic Bank Fuel injector cleaning may fix the problem
