P00B4 trouble code keeps coming on

I have changed the thermostat,housing and sensors around the thermostat and the trouble code keeps coming back on.
Vehicle: 2012 Chevy Cruze 2.3 engine.

There are 2 c temperature sensors one is the engine coolant temperature (ECT) and the other is the RCT (radiator coolant temperature) the code that is set is for the radiator temperature sensor
