U11C0 code

Question

I have a 2014 Fiat 500L and this code came up - any ideas?  By the way, there seems to be some issue with the read out for the exterior temperature:  when I start the car, it usually says that the exterior temp is as low as 29!  It is summer, and I live in California!  After driving for about 15-20 minutes, it gradually comes up to what I think is a real outside temp...
