Replaced #1 coil and injetor still throws same code and still runs like crap

07 Subaru Tribeca ran great next day like crap. Hesitation jerking like fixing to stall. Machanic put reader on it threw #1 coil pack changed it also spark plugs. Check engine,cruise, traction lights blinking. Found crack on intake boot fixed. Lights went off drove it a few miles lights came back. Cleared reader still throws #1 coil

I would do a compression test on #1. If it's not an external issue it could be something going on with the inside of the engine. I have seen some valve issues on these time to time. Also, check for intake manifold gasket leaks. If it's leaking around #1 it could be causing the misfire.
