Car doesn't see fully charged hybrid battery?

Question

Installed rebuilt fully charged hybrid battery. P1570 code new 12v battery too. red battery symbol lit up. car doesn't see full hybrid battery. so charging lights do not show up and shows dead hybrid battery. Voltage meter direct to battery pack reads 178 and rating is 158 volts. car starts off 12v and runs but without any assist from electric side of things. Checked all fuses and relays. Car has been driven in Tennessee only. No corrosion on anything. like wires. no accidents.  any suggestions?

Are you talking about 12 volt battery or hybrid battery for loose connections?

Loose battery terminal connection and the battery module, just being loose enough will set this range

Are you talking about 12v battery or hybrid battery connection?
I suspected 12v battery and just ordered new terminal ends to connect to my new 12 volt battery. Thank you for your first response.
