Could changing ignition coil and front window motor without dis the battery set u1000 and 1001 code?

Reset the light and has not set the code again . Driven around about 500 miles

This should not cause these codes to appear. These codes are usually the result of bad ground wires for the computer, many times the issue is either a broken negative battery cable from the frame to the engine or one of the control unit's isn't working.
