will this hurt or stop the engine one the light come on? planning a shourt trip towing a camper?

I have code P2444 coming up and it was cleared, if this happen again will this problem hurt the engine? I will be towing a 4500 LB camper?

This code is for the secondary air injection pump. It will not hurt to drive the truck with this code. You do need to get it taken care of, but it won't leave you stranded. It's an emissions issue.
