I think my Variable Tumble Shutter Valve is bad?

Question

I got a P2004 code on my 2012 Mazda 3 after I got my fuel injectors cleaned.  Code states my variable Tumble Shutter Valve is closed or open??... How do I change/replace/fix this valve?  I need this fixed so I can pass state inspection.

P2004 Variable tumble shutter valve stuck open

Replacing the variable shutter valve may not even be the fix, this shutter is fuse protected, check the fuse that gives it power this fuse protected and is contstant power in the engine fuse box listed as SOL. This tumble is also vacuum control a disconnected vacuum line would surely set this code condition.
