Very slim possibility that the MAF would set a P0300 and a P0172 . When a Honda has a misfire condition or any engine where there is a misfire condition there is a lean code condition , such as a p0171 where the fuel trim goes lean, not rich, Rich code condition are more associated with a mechanical problem such as the timing belt being out of position or low compression to a plugged air filter which by the way will affect the performance of the MAF sensor. To even the fuel pressure regulator leaking fuel into the intake by means of the vacuum port connection of the fuel pressure regulator. Resolve for the running rich condition
