Ford Windstar 2001 and have code P1517. What does this mean?

My vehicle is sluggish.  I just cleaned MAF and replaced air-filter and check-valve on brake booster. Now vehicle seems sluggish and is reading P1517. What does this mean? Thanks.

P1517 Intake manifold runner control fault stuck open

There are several area that will set this code beside the IMRC, look for any vacuum leak that may have occurred especially the PCV valve. and the hose connection.
