What would be the problem with codes P0700 and P0732 on my 1999 Chrysler Town & Country? transmission failed

The first code, P0700 is just an information code to let you know there is a code stored in the transmission control module.

The second code, P0732 means there is an incorrect gear ratio in second gear. This code can be the result of low or dirty transmission fluid or possibly an issue with the shift solenoids.
