P1774 code the Overdrive Off light flashes and Reverse, 2nd and 1st will not engage. AutoCodes

What could be causing this issue? The car will go into drive, neutral and park with no issue. It sounds like the transmission kicks into revere but doesn't and tries pulling forward like in drive. Thank you for any help.
