Where is the "engine fuel temperature sensor," located on a 2006 Ford Focus ZX5?

I've read it may be found on the fuel pump module in the tank itself. If so, can I order the sensor by itself or do I have to replace the whole fuel pump module? Please help! Thank you.

Diagnostics test reads:  P0183 FORD - Engine Fuel Temperature Sensor 'A' Circuit High Input.
