is this a ultra lean or lean

The auto parts guy asked me if the part was a lean or ultra lean part that was needed. I don't know what the difference is or if it makes a difference. He had different prices for them. Can you tell me if there is a difference?

What the parts person meant was they type of engine that you have  , Listed in the underhood sticker is the engine type.
