I have multiple codes how can figure out the most important one?

I have multiples codes and don't know where to start p1749,p1747,p0750,p0755,p0743,p0740,p0753,p0758,p1760,1460,0443,1451,0135,0141,0155,0161. my overdrive light keeps blinking and I put the car in gear and it drags like if the brakes where on. even when I step on the gas pedal all the way it wont go. also my windshield wipers stop working I hear the motor running but neither of the wipes move?

Most of these code are memory  codes that are set, clear the code if you have a scan tool that can perform a KOER (key on engine running) test use those as the starting point.
