P0014 what the ECM see is a difference from the desired CMP angle to the actual CMP angle, as long as there is no low engine oil pressure you can be sure you have a faulty camshaft actuator, it is very adviseable to replace both camshaft actuator solenoid the exhaust side and the intake side.
