This morning and yesterday the outside temperature was 13 degree celcium and the car start without any problem. Three days ago when the temperature was 11 degree das n' t start The car was out of order for the same time before. There is most likely a wiring issue, try to touch and move the harness wires by the engine bay and see if it will start.
