I have the error code P1399 on my 2000 Honda CR-V 2.0L

Question

in my 2000 Honda CR-V 2.0L has given the code error p1399 and the engine light weak and rpm fluctuate too what is causing specifically this failure?

P1399 Misfire

This is a random misfire condition, as for the RPM fluctuation check for the operation of the PCV valve, vacuum leaks from the EGR system. or brake booster hose, and check the radiator top off, if necessary, P1399 is usually set when the valve clearance is set too tight, and a valve adjustment is required.

On this Honda CRV a P1399 was set there was no RPM fluctuation, The RPM was rather smooth, the fix here adjust the valve.
