Bank 1 system too lean

Question

I was driving down the road and my 2011 camry started cutting out. I pulled over and it idles fine but when I give it gas it cuts out. We have replaced air filter, plugs, checked fuel pump which is pumping fine, cleaned the mass air flow sensor, checked all hoses for leaks, and drained fuel out and replaced with new fuel (thought I got bad gas) but nothing has helped. The code shows bank 1 too lean....any suggestions?

HI there,

This code can also be caused by a faulty front O2 sensor on bank 1. Another issue could be the timing, the converter or still a problem with the maf sensor.
