Throttle body still doesnt work. Even with all the steps done. Is there anything else I can do?

The steps dont work.  The acceleration is still under 2000 rpm

Try this when the engine goes into a limp mode during a test drive with a scan tool clear the code, If you get out of a limp mode. and acceleration is fine this would lead you with a ECM problem.
