P0123 2005 Nissan Altima Sedan -

Question

My 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5s sedan idle rpm fluctuates between 3000 and 1000 rpm when in parked and neutral position. When switched to drive it idles high at 1000 to 1500 rpm. My code reader shows codes: p0123, p0223, p0507, p1122, and p2135. What will be the possible cause.

has the car been in an accident? 

all the codes are related to the throttle body. If there is no wiring issue replace the throttle body. 

and do an idle air volume learning procedure (see link below)
