I replaced the ckp, still telling me P0335 ? What now?

I went to O'Reilly bought a ckp, replaced the old with new. Still showing P0335code. It still cuts off. Some smoke came out of the air manifold.

Hi there,

It may seem strange, but most of the time when you have this code the problem is with the distributor and not the crank sensor at all. Usually replacing the distributor resolves the issue for you.
