The P2107 code became present after I attempted to return my vehicle to stock from it's performance tune. The code stays present even when I reinstall the tune into my ECU. There should be no hardware problems as I never opened the hood. The dealership I contacted suggests that the code was never downloaded all the way and that the throttle is not getting enough power. When I looked at the throttle I noticed it was in the wide open position even though the car was off, if that means anything.

I would like to find a solution so that I can use my car again.

P2107 Throttle actuator control (TAC) module processor

The throttle is wide open then it is stuck in the open position this would be the throttle actuator motor that is binding
