how do you fix a p2110 code on a lincoln ls 2004

Question

I have a 2004 Lincoln Ls v8 and I have two codes p2107 Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor and a p2110 Throttle Actuator Control System Forced Limited RPM.
How can I locate and fix these 2 areas of concern? I recently took my vehicle to a repair shop and they had me replace my entire throttle body system and $900 later my car still runs crappy.
When the car is cold it runs fine. As soon as it heats up the codes surface and she can't idle correctly. I can't get the car to go faster than 15-20 mph.
