Please help, i don't have the money for a real expensive fix, the Toyota rav4 is a 03 with almost 93,000 miles on it. Code p0750 is what it scans and it states shift solenoid A malfunction, how can i fix this my self or would it still be part of the recall list.
Vehicle: 2003 Toyota rav4, 93000

P0750 shift solenoid A malfunction ( SL 1 shift solenoid)

Yes they did have a recall but you needed to have more than just a P0750 code set, P0750 commonly occurs on this transmission with the amount of mileage you have replace the SLT shift solenoid as well as the transmission fluid and you should be okay
