almera tino 2004 screen and radio not working

almera tino 2004 no screen or radio, I hear a bleep every now and then, (heater sort of works although cant see what its doing.) please help? my mate put a reader on it and it came up with code 1614.
The cigarette lighter works, all the windows , sunroof, central locking all works, on one key, not the other.what could be the trouble and how do I fix it please? oh the car starts ok too....
