I replaced the cam shaft position sensor and the crank shaft position sensor, truck started and idled great. Drive and it starts acting up @ 3000 rpm. Gave failed sensor but I checked the harness and I don't have signal going to it. What do you think? Bad ecm?

P0340 Camshaft position sensor

This code condition has two different reason to set this code, one would be no signal and the other is abnormal signal. If you are setting this code a 3000 RPM . Clear the code, One of the job for the ECM is to look for open circuit , short circuit, grounds and rationality. Clear the code and let the vehicle idle, check the pending code for P0340 , if P0340 sets at idle, you have no signal from the camshaft sensor. you need to check for signal at the ECM  Just setting the code at 3000 RPM would be a indication of a abnormal camshaft sensor dealing with the VVT solenoid.
