2011 Volvo V70 2.0t d3 with code P00bd

hi, I have a Volvo where they stood motor system is. usually required while I drove. lost power and when I checked the error codes that show the p00bd and then again they showed p00bd00 . a whistling sound is coming from the engine when I'm going. So where is the fat please help. I have checked the most of air hoses.

The code that you have set is for the MAF sensor  range /  performance. That whistling noise is is what the problem is , there is a restriction in the system , this code is the result of the restriction
