P0305 Misfire number 5 cylinder

When there is a misfire condition it means that particular cylinder is not contributing , Since the ignition coil and sparkplug,  the injector is suspected , If the fuel ran low or bad fuel you mainly would set a random misfire condition, or a lean code condition, Since the fuel injector  is easy to remove , swap out cylinder 5 fuel injector with a known working fuel injector and if the misfire moves with fuel injector replace the fuel injector
