Toyota celica code p0171

Question

Toyota dealer replaced intake manifold gasket. Check engine light back on in a few days. They then replaced fuel injectors. Code p0171 shows up again in a few days. They are playing hit-or-miss with my wallet. I then replaced oxygen sensors myself, cleaned MAF and PCV valve. No luck, light back on in a few miles.  Hosed down engine while idling, didn't miss a beat.  What next?

When it comes to a Toyota for a fuel trim lean, this is where a cylinder leak down test is the appropriate test, Especially when it is becoming a hit and miss, Unless you are very experience , at engine operating temperature feel the upper radiator hose, if it is hard such as  over compression in the cooling system , a leak down test would be the best route.
