Intermittent 5th cylinder misfire

Question

1997 nissan quest.  I have 5th cylinder misfire code on/off for 6 months. most notable rough idle at stops.  If i gun the engine as I take off from stop I can make misfire cease for a while, sometimes even long enough to make check engine light go off.  Then without warning or reason i.e. Morning, cold, wet, full or empty tank, it does it again.  New plug, wires, rotor, and plenty of injector cleaner.  Is it my injector or electrical?

When it comes to the No 5 cylinder, there are two area that should be inspected for the intermittent misfire condition , one would be the EGR getting stuck in the open position, the other would be with the fuel pressure regulator.
