2004 acura MDX fault code--- p2127 01/01

accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (throttle position sensor E ). Circuit low voltage.  What is remedy for this issue?

The most common cause of this is the APP itself. It's possible there could be wiring issues or a problem with the ecm, but the most common issue is the sensor itself. Here is some more info on it:
