engine codes 34 and 45 1997 chevy half ton

Question

i have a 1997 chevy pick up. it has 2 codes  cumming up 34 and 45 .. been looking cant find the answer tothe codes .  generally comes up in cold weather . but a bit more latly .. would like to know so i can fix

Code 34 for a Chevy is the MAP sensor code and Code 45 means rich exhaust, Two area that need to be checked , the vacuum hose leading into the MAP sensor has to be checked, no rupture on the hose , if the vacuum source is good, you need a MAP sensor.
