Does any one know of a gas mixture which can fix be put in gas tank to fix the code

P0430 catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2 . This engine light came on when I drove at a speed of 70 mph on free way after fixing the P0453 code.

There is not much of any fuel treatment that will work , you can clear the code and use a good fuel treatment, but other than that a catalytic convertor may be needed, Another thing to try is do a MAF sensor cleaning , that tend to help ,
