need to know what I'm looking at $ wise in approx costs and which parts will most likely be looked at and/or replaced...don't want to end up being talked into complete overhaul...

P0191 Fuel rail pressure sensor performance

When it comes to this type of code condition the fuel pressure has to be made, It is either reporting the true fuel pressure , or it is a failed sensor, When you set a P0191 the fuel pressure sensor does not match the expected fuel pressure  if the fuel pressure is in specification you replace the fuel rail pressure sensor.
