The dealership had replace high fuel pump and injectors two kings and 13,000 before

For this code condition the fuel metering valve should be inspected. this would be the root cause of P0191. What happens is that metal particles enter into the fuel metering valve and cause this code condition This is from the high pressure fuel pump, Unless they get to the root cause of the high pressure pump condition P0191 is just going to be a hobby in having.
