No this will not be a simple fix, two area that you would need to check the timing alignment marks with the timing chain or the flex plate, this code is more a mechanical condition rather than just a  sensor. In order to set this code the ECM see the sensors with the cam and crank sensor as a working condition, when this code sets you would notice a slight rough idle. . What needs to be aware that can cause this code are water pump , which is chain driven or the oil pump which is chain driven, any fault here will set the code condition. In a simple term this is a mechanical problem.
