My code has been on for over 10,000 miles. Does this mean it is likely just the sensor?

This is a motorhome and it runs fine averaging 8 MPG. Well over 10K miles with the P0109 code.  Any risks?  thoughts?

P0109 Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor intermittent

The  risk involve is the vehicle will not pass a emission test, The other risk is if there is any other code that is present this type of code will suspend any other that may be in the system. It always a good idea to keep the vehicle is good condtion.

​The MAP sensor is part of the EGR system.
