MAF sensor new EGR new still getting P0109

Question

ok I have a 2006 ford freestyle awd and have had a new MAF installed and also a new EGR and still am getting a P0109 code even thought the engine seems to be running fine. The problem started right after throttle body was cleaned and new plugs put in. I have checked all the connections and all are connected.

P0109 Manifold Absolute pressure sensor intermittent

This is for the MAP sensor check the vacuum line here for proper connectionsAlso make sure that this vacuum line is not pushed all the way through
