2004 Honda Accord with engine code P0010, how can I fix it?

P0010 VTC oil control solenoid valve malfunction

When dealing with this code condtion  the signal for this has to be tested, this code where it may just not be with the VTC solenoid, for start check the connection for proper connection. this is more of a signal problem dealing with the ECM. Regardless replace the VTC solenoid. a failed VTC solenoid is capable of shorting its ECM driver circuit.
