Code P0133 activated check eng light. Had smelly exhaust, terrible gas millage and the light with the code for bank 1, sensor 1.  Changed sensor with Walker 250-24461.  Smell went away, gas millage much better, light comes on every 20 miles after being reset.  After resetting many times decided to change sensor with Hyundai sensor 39210-37510, same results. Sensor is working according to scanner, millage, no smell, but light returns every 20 miles. Car has new left and right converters within last six months. Don't trust Hyundai dealers in my area  who have been accused of shady business practices and I have personally experienced such. What could it be?

P0133 H02S circuit slow response Bank 1 Sensor 1

Mechanical condition ruled out? When the 02 sensor goes slow response misfire condtion , vacuum leaks slow downs the rate of the 02 sensor from cycling lean to rich, this is where a mechanical inspection has to be made, spark plug properly torque down and sealing, no plug PCV hose, engine oil not over filled, visually inspect

Here a P0133 where the 02 sensor is a slow response, not enough hertz.

Here the correction after repair , proper hertz
