P0133 O2 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 slow response

Faulty fuel injector, that's would make this a very rare case, if a P0133 was caused by a faulty fuel pressure regulator you would set a lean code condition,  Plus Dodge does not include a faulty fuel injector as a cause for a P0133. Some of the cause Per Dodge for setting a P0133 are exhaust leaks, 02 sensor signal circuit, 02 sensor  return circuit , or the  02 sensor itself.

Normal switching for a 02 sensor

Slow switching for a 02 sensor cause by sparkplug not being properly torque down,

P0135 was set on this vehicle, the fix replace the 02 sensor.
