I have changed everything except, com sensor, still seems out of time a little.

How does the engine run? This code is for the CMP sensor, Not properly installed will  set this code, If the CMP is properly installed and this code still set, it set , you need to test its signal output, up to the PCM to verify its working condition. Also be aware mechanical condition such as low compression will set this code.
