having an issue, the vehicle will not start. Shows code p01614 after the tech power washed the engine compartment after replacing a blown power steering line. The engine was running while he power washed it, shut it off and only cranks now.

P1614 ETS ECU malfunction (EEPROM R/W)

This is the communication from the ECU to the TPS, such as the throttle angle, if anything there moisture that entered into the ETS, blow dry the Disconnect the ETS air dry it connect when dry any it should start right up. Reminder once the ETS is disconnected a ETS reinitialization   has to be performed
