I have the P0037 code on my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.5L 6 Cyl. what is the meaning of the code?

This code is for the heater circuit in the heated O2 sensor, bank 1 sensor #2. This is the sensor after the catalytic converter on the bank closest to the radiator.
